Mr. Mac's - Macaroni & Cheese - Manchester, NH

Amazing Macaroni & Cheese and so much more!

We were on our way home from Manchester when the kids announced, "We're hungry!" 

My sister and I remembered driving past a place called Mr. Mac's Macaroni & Cheese on our way - it was worth investigating!


First off Mr. Mac's is not a chain - they have only one location and it is at 497 Hooksett Road, Manchester, New Hampshire.

Each order is customized the way you like it and made fresh while you wait - in front of your very eyes. We placed our order 'to go' but their location has generous seating space that is super clean and well lit.

The kids were thrilled with their 'basic mac and cheese' - the All American and my daughter asked if they could add a sliced hot dog to it - they did!

I decided to bring home a medium chicken cordon bleu - American and gruyere cheeses, dijon mustard, chicken and ham - to go orders are in a reheatable container and eat-in orders are cooked up in an iron skillet.

Greeted With A Smile!

Our server was awesome - he welcomed us with a smile and a friendly have you been here before? When we responded that this was our first time he broke the menu right down for us and made suggestions for us pointing out that ANYTHING could be substituted, added, subtracted and made just the way we liked it.

I can't wait for an excuse to head there again - our medium serving fed my husband and I for dinner and there was enough left over for lunch the next day!
