Our daughter LOVES her long locks but getting them out of her face and up can sometimes be a challenge.I picked these up at the local chain drug store for $9.99. The box included 2 pieces, a larger and smaller and easy to follow instructions. (We used the smaller one) They are also available on Amazon.
TIP - they come in 2 colors, light and dark - we used dark - it is important to have the right shade - so that it blends with the hair.
Start with a 'pony' we found that damp hair works best.
Next, start at the bottom of the 'pony' and roll the hair up around the bun maker.
Once you get to the top, snap the bun maker in place and spread the hair around evenly.
Next, pull the elastic tight and wrap it around the bun.
TIP - We wrapped it twice, once did not seem to hold it as well.
Whala! Bun.
TIP - I put a 'scrunchie' over the elastic to add to securing it and for a little color. You could also use a few bobby pins if you wanted it to have a more finished look or to hold it in place for a big event.
