New England Babies

 I wrote this a few years ago to the date and thought I would bring it back today....it still touches a heartstring in me when I see a bundled up child in their stroller on a spring day after a long New England winter.

The weather in my town is improving (Thank you!) and what I most enjoy seeing out and about are all the new wee babies coming out of their cozy homes to discover their neighborhoods for the very first time. 

Today I saw a tiny 5 month old with an expression of PURE wonderment.  PURE joy! Pure discovery beyond the 4 walls of home!

When do we lose that sense of awe?  I was inspired by this tiny human being pushed in a swanky stroller...all bundled up with pink cheeks. 

What a sight it was today!!! :)
