A Week Without Violent Video Games
A Week Without Violent Video Games is a week-long challenge celebration. They are calling on families to turn off the violent games and apps in an effort to help parents start conversations at home about the content of many video games, apps and online gaming environments.
This organization is planning a ‘virtual campaign’ from their Facebook page where they'll post resources and links for parents daily and where they will be hosting a daily contest with prizes.

Special Note: They will also be asking parents and children 13 and older to post what they are doing instead of playing violent video games and apps and to share ideas about alternative activities.
