These foam stickers from Dollar Tree make a great and inexpensive matching game...and for a dollar you can make one for every season!
Here is what you need:
*White card stock paper - or any color you choose to use as a background for your stickers
*Circle punch - we used one from Paper Shapers
*Bag of seasonal Foam Stickers - we got ours at Dollar Tree in the Halloween area
Start by selecting matching stickers from the bag so that you will know how many circles to punch out.
TIP - Based on the colors of your stickers you might want a different background other than white - for example - there were ghosts and white skulls - I didn't use either because they wouldn't show up on the white.
Punch out as many circles as you need.
TIP - If you don't have a circle punch, you can cut simple squares from paper too!
Next start peeling! Peel the backs off, exposing the adhesive and place each sticker on a circle.
TIP - There were enough pumpkins in the bag that I choose to put them on the top side of each matching game circle - to make it look even more seasonal!
Time To Play!
Set up all your matching circles face down on a sheet of paper or table. Next taking turns, turn over 2 playing pieces at a time. If your pair matches, you can remove them, if not, turn them back over until your next turn (if playing with 2 or more players) or if playing against yourself, try again!
Have fun with it!
