Mother's Day Outing
Stonewall Kitchen - York, Maine
There is something in the air in Maine. At times, fabulous businesses come from the simplest of ideas and
Stonewall Kitchen sure has an
AMAZING story!
I'm so fortunate to live close to the world headquarters. The experience is all about Maine hospitality, wholesome and delicious foods, and an ambiance you just can't enjoy long enough.
If you find yourself in Maine this summer, be sure to make Stonewall Kitchen a stop for lunch, or reserve a spot in the
cooking school (amazing!) and spend a few moments viewing the production line! I enjoy supporting local business and this is one you can feel good about supporting!

| The entrance to the Company Store - My oldest can't get in there FAST enough! She loves it and begs to go every time we are nearby! |

| The wonderful outdoor setting is beautiful and there's plenty of outdoor eating and sitting areas to enjoy the gardens. Many visitors have their dogs outside sitting along their tables. I love that! |

| Once inside, the displays are something to be seen. Each vignette is carefully designed for each item they would like to complement. This table was all about Lemons and Tea! Lemon Curd was the focus...perfect for hosting a Tea Party at home! |

| Stonewall Kitchen is known for their gift baskets. If you ever need the perfect gift, I would look NO further. I personally love the Nantucket Basket on the bottom left, if anyone is ever wondering which one I love and NEED! (just kidding!) |

| The selection process of my family has begun. Hubby has NO CHANCE of exiting empty handed at Stonewall Kitchen - not with these preteens. The wallet is much lighter after this visit! We purchased tea, honey, and matches at this display. |

| There are some STAPLES in every New England kitchen and a GOOD coleslaw dressing is ONE of them! We grabbed a few of these to have on hand for summer cookouts! |

| I'm salivating just posting this image because the in store café is AMAZING. You can get lobster rolls, to delicious sandwiches and pastries. It has a definite European feel and I highly recommend sitting outside on the patio in warm weather. Simply delightful! |

| We LOVED this HUGE rooster greeting us at the exit of our shopping spree....notice how BIG he is beside the chair! |

Everything about Stonewall Kitchen is about New England beauty. These tulips are the size of my youngest daughter's HEAD. Simply special!
I hope you enjoyed a peak into my travel diary about Stonewall Kitchen. Please visit their WEBSITE and be sure to stop by when you are in MAINE! |
Love love love their stuff - I had no idea there was a store and activities!
