AND WE ARE BACK!
I have no idea where the last few years went! Well, actually I do! I've been smack dab in the middle of the motherhood trenches and it's been INTERESTING, emotional and full of good stuff - I have so much to share with you my head is ready to pop!
GREAT NEWS! The blog is back in business and we are thrilled to share that we have a new co-author on our team! My dear friend, Bonnie Bowes, has graciously, (without too much coercing), decided to come on board as a writer and contributor for Mom's Lifesavers. She will be writing about cool stuff like arts and crafts, field trips, video games and Minecraft - you're gonna LOVE her point of view, she has two beautiful kiddos, Maxim and Nola. Moms' Lifesavers has always been a collective experience, we are so super thrilled she's coming along for our new relaunch!
Mom's Lifesavers has been offering up TRIED and TRUE tips and information for families since 2006. It's hard to image that after all these years, I'm as passionate for blogging as I was back then. When we started, the parenting blogging world was JUST getting HOT. Now, it's really the norm and I see many of my old pals in the blogging community become mini celebrities or just making their dreams come true. It's really cool to see parents grow right along with their children.
After a bit of a hiatus, I felt compelled to start telling my stories again...and dispensing tips. Heck, this parenting thing really requires a lot of tenacity and I hope that we can make the journey a little more palpable or even enjoyable. We are NO experts, folks. Just passionate about the blog and I hope you can join in on the conversation, too.
People keep asking me for the next book, as well. I'm not sure about the book, (Bonnie thinks it's a good idea...so that helps!) but it's looking more and more like that should be the next logical move. My girls are now 11 and 12; they have crushes, wear mascara and do math problems that I need to google. They are now embarking on some really cool adventures and I JUST have share it with all of you!
So, Bonnie and I will be dispensing as much cool stuff as we can. We are thankful for the WONDERFUL support over the many years our brand has been around. We don't do it for anything more than making YOUR LIVES EASIER. Nothing has changed, nothing will.
